Cancellation of Order

We have a 24-hour cancellation window for orders. Unfortunately, once 24 hours have passed following your purchase, it is too late to change your mind.

Order cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a full refund.

The advance payment will not be refunded for cancellations made after 24 hours but before 7 days from the date of the order, but it may be applied to future purchases that can be made up to 6 months from the cancellation date.

We do not provide exchanges or refunds for cancellations made after 7 days have passed from the order date.
